After years of chronic pain, a friend recommended Dr. Randall. I was so happy I went to see him. He’s been my doctor since. He’s an excellent surgeon and doctor. He listens and explains everything. He and his staff care. They are all very professional and kind. I recommend Dr. Randall to everyone. Dr. Randall saved me after I had a surgery, from a different doctor, that went bad. Dr. Randall is the only surgeon that I will ever let do surgery on me.

Dr.Randall, you and your team have done so much for me over the years. I had my first back surgery at 20. I have severe degenerative disc disease. Dr. Randall & Andrew have listened to me cry and held my hand on multiple occasions. Believed me when I told them more was going on (took 7 years for my lupus/Ehlers danlos/RA DX’s). They’ll laugh & joke with you before and after procedures but are also professional, gentle, & kind when they’re supposed to be. Dr.Randall’s PA, Andrew, is a God-send. He always encourages me that we are going to get “all” the things figured out, so far, he’s been right. He’s even said AND I QUOTE “Most of the time you all know what’s going on. If doctors would just listen to you - there wouldn’t be as many misdiagnosed & under diagnosed people out here”. No college or fellowship could teach him to listen or WANT to listen, that’s his core. They are great doctors, but better people. They’ve given me so much care and KNOWLEDGE over the years. They’re always keeping up with the newest procedures and Medication's. They have in depth knowledge about anything & everything they deal with. They’ll answer any question (I’ve single handedly asked them hundreds). they always give you the space to feel seen & heard. & I can’t leave out the friendly, helpful, supportive staff from the front desk to billing. Thank you ladies for always treating me with kindness. 20/10 would recommend.

There are so many good things about Dr Steve Randall's office. His whole staff are so sweet and nice. They always make sure you are taking care of and comfortable as well as having good bed side manor. Since I have been going to see Dr Randall and Jimmy my life has changed for the better. I have experienced severe back and sciatic nerve issues for years. My family recommended Dr Randall, so I came to get his opinion. After MRI’s, Dr. Randall gave me an epidural procedure. It helped me almost immediately. I went back for a follow-up procedure today. My sciatic pain has subsided. I would like to “Thank” Dr. Randall, Andrew, and all of the staff. They really show that they care for you.

I took a friend for a procedure, and everyone was friendly the place is very clean. We were about 30 minutes early and she was taken back within 5 minutes. What wait time. I would recommend using this place.

I am a new patient but what I know is how friendly the staff is, and how they want to help. I’ve been to see other pain management doctors but Dr. Randall seems like he is here to help me, and not just prescribe me pills.

I have been going to Dr Randall now for 6 years. My wife goes to him also. Him and his staff will take good care of you. He will do everything he can before surgery is suggested. And after surgery he will take care of your pain if needed. I’m an unfortunate patient that sometimes the surgery don’t rid the pain and Dr Randall will be there to see you through it. He understands that everyone is a self person and not a medical book statistic. I’ve had multiple joint replacements in the last 5 years and Dr Randall has been there for the majority. I switched from another Dr to go to him. The surgeons he refers you to are outstanding. I’m blessed to have him as one of my providers.

I could barely walk when I first saw Dr. Randall. I have great confidence in his ability to analyze a situation and prescribe the correct treatment for it. I have a zippy walk again.
